When you think of lemon, think of FGF Trapani! Our origin dates back to 1937 when Ignacio Trapani started cultivating citrus in the region of Tucuman. Today, our members represent a part of the third and fourth generations of this formidable farmer. 

Our history is not complete without tracing our origin to the humble beginning of Ignacio Trapani when he started growing, manufacturing, and trading 100% organic lemon and other citrus fruits as well as their derivatives. Today, FGF Trapani has grown to become a leading high-quality lemon supplier in the world with a growing national and international market.

Our Unique Partnership

Over the years, FGF Trapani has enjoyed the support of an exceptional group of farmers and producers. Their harvests and ours have made it possible for us to concentrate and produce over 120,000 tons of lemons annually. As part of its growth strategy, FGF Trapani has established a joint venture with Limoneira CO. 

This has unified our sales platforms and made it possible to supply our valued customers with fresh lemons daily from various regions. Our market is not restricted to the local regions. We also export to the global market, especially the United States, Eastern European countries, European Community, Canada, Asia, and others. We are consistently delivering the highest quality of products.

Our Facility

FGF Trapani owns 1.100 hectares of mandarin, orange, and lemon farms in the regions of Salta and Jujuy. We also have three packing houses, which are equipped with state-of-the-art electronic sorting & sizer machinery. This has helped us to significantly improve our processing capacity to about 30,000 tons of 100% fresh fruits annually. 

We also have an industrial plant with the capacity to produce 90,000 tons of lemons, 5,000 tons of grapefruits, and 20,000 tons of oranges per year. Our plant boasts of cutting-edge automated technology designed for oil, juice, and dehydrated peel extraction.
