Our Laboratory

The success of PHATRADE is closely tied to our exceptional research & development, and quality control. Our state-of-the-art laboratory features some of the best equipment in the Essential Oils industry. It has Two GC units and different modern equipment that make production seamless. 

To ensure that all products meet stringent standards, we have put a strict registration system in place to enable us to review products and data. Thanks to our attention to detail and unique system, we keep samples of all products exported so that we can continue to review and modify them for better product development for our clients. 

At PHATRADE, R&D is a big deal for us and we invest heavily in the unit. We also partner with experts and seasoned consultants from research centers and universities to have robust research and development teams.

Our Production Process

PHATRADE handle its production process from scratch. We ethically source our raw materials and take them through different production phases to come up with the best quality products that will delight our clients.

Extraction: Our extraction unit features four different extraction lines of fifteen extractors. This allows us to manufacture four different products simultaneously. One of the lines is absolute tournaire, which is majorly used for manufacturing bitter orange and Jasmine concrete. 

Other production lines are manufactured in Egypt and we use them for the production of Geranium, Violet, Cassie, and Basil Concrete as well as other products.

Distillation:  Our factory has two separate distillation units with 7 distillers. We produce Parsley Leaf, Geranium Oil, Coriander Herb, and Petitgarin Mandarin Oil of about 12-14 tons a year in these units. Our factory is managed by seasoned technicians who ensure that product quality is always maintained and under stringent control.
