Overview

FERRANT PHE is among the few natural leek essential oil distillers in France and Europe. Our natural essential oils are unique due to their flavor, aroma, rarity, and originality. FERRANT PHE is a family-run farm based in northern France, 8 miles from the Channel Tunnel and 120 miles north of Paris. The entire production chain is kosher certified. Our essential oils are highly appreciated by the most famous European flavor industries due to their high aromatic molecules and quality content. We offer samples and are happy to provide further information.

Our raw materials are locally produced within 60 miles of the family farm, either in the family fields or with local subcontractors, ensuring quality control from sowing to manufacturing and making the traceability of our oils easier.

We produce essential oils from Angelica seeds, Angelica roots, chives, lovage roots, chervil, shallot garlic, chive-garlic, onion, leek, Thuya atrovirens, Thuya occidentalis, North cypress, and other essential oils. We also offer extracts and oils from leek, shallot, onion, chives, and garlic, as well as juices concentrate from shallot, leek, onion, chives, and garlic.

The Ferrant family has been producing onions, shallots, and leeks for decades, and our GMO-free products are carefully selected for their crop yield and flavor. Once harvested, the raw materials are quickly brought to the plant, where they are transformed into extractors and immediately distilled. Our production capacity is 30 metric tons of raw material per day, and we use steam distillation as our production mode. The plant is equipped with four extractors, each with a 16,000-liter capacity in stainless steel. Continuous quality control is ensured through visual and technological checks.
