Dierberger Essential Oils is a pioneering company that started cultivating aromatic plants and extracting essential oils in Brazil in the early 1930s. Today, the company sustainably cultivates 15 varieties of natural raw materials on over 6,000 hectares of its own land in the states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Paraguay. This allows for traceability and high-quality products that are globally marketed. In 1999, Dierberger became the first company in essential oils to obtain the organic certificate IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements).

Quality is of utmost importance to Dierberger Essential Oils. The company provides food safety training to employees and regularly updates standard operating procedures, questionnaires, and technical and regulatory documents. They also regularly conduct internal and external audits, regularize technical and regulatory documents, and qualify their suppliers. Dierberger has an HACCP plan for candied and dehydrated fruits and citrus essential oils, and they monitor the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products to ensure quality. They conduct water potability analyses and integrated pest control with the support of outsourced companies.

Dierberger Essential Oils is also responsible for analyzing the input and output of raw materials and finished products. They control the specifications of each product through physical-chemical analysis of candied and dehydrated fruits, macadamia nut, and oils. The opening and approval of batches are done via the system, and the purity of essential oils is identified by gas chromatography. Retention samples are stored by batch and product type, and the sector sends samples to customers.
